Job Description
This person will be a strong individual contributor and will report to the Chief of Staff to the COO. The role involves participating in early discovery calls and due diligence for potential acquisitions, partnerships, or integrations, acting as a business translator, developing playbooks and project plans, and identifying potential risks or cultural mismatches.
Program & Project Management responsibilities include to drive cross-functional initiatives from ideation through execution, collaborating with internal teams to maximize opportunities for growth, building and maintaining structured frameworks for tracking progress, resolving blockers, and driving accountability across multiple workstreams, and partnering with internal teams to ensure post-integration success.
Communication & Change Management responsibilities include to collaborate closely with leadership to drive clear, consistent messaging and alignment across teams involved in transformation efforts, create documentation, executive summaries, and dashboards to provide visibility on initiatives, and help evolve internal processes, structures, and rituals.
