Assoc Dir, Phlebotomy Operations & Training

Natera is seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead the development, training, and operational performance of their phlebotomy network. The Associate Director will lead onboarding and certification of new phlebotomy team members and continuously improve standardized training programs. The ideal candidate will provide regular coaching and support for field-based staff and collaborate with leadership to manage KPIs and performance quality. They will ensure all phlebotomy staff maintain appropriate licensure and are current with required training, conduct routine audits, and work closely with other departments.
