About the Role:
- Travel is Engine's core product and biggest growth opportunity.
- The Travel Performance Manager owns the paid performance portfolio for B2B Travel, driving net-new sign-ups and conversions.
- Success is measured on ROAS and LTV:CAC with sign-ups and first-booking as leading indicators.
What You'll Do:
- Own the full paid performance portfolio across search, social, programmatic, CTV, audio, and emerging platforms.
- Drive acquisition efficiency and expand into net-new channels with a test-and-graduate framework.
- Coordinate with lifecycle and CRM teams for clean handoff into the customer journey.
Who You Are:
- 7-10 years of performance marketing experience with a track record of driving efficient acquisition.
- Deep hands-on experience across search, social, and programmatic; bonus for net-new channels.
- AI-fluent with strong creative instincts and data-driven leadership.
