New Integration and Transformation Lead

As Everway continues its ambitious growth journey, we are seeking a seasoned and strategic leader to head our integration and operational excellence efforts. This role will oversee the seamless integration of newly acquired businesses into the Everway ecosystem. In addition to post-deal integration, this role will lead the Project Management Office (PMO), ensuring that 2026 strategic initiatives are translated into actionable, measurable plans that deliver real business impact. The ideal candidate will combine commercial acumen with operational rigour and a deep understanding of how to align people, processes, and technology to achieve sustainable growth and operational excellence. This role involves post-deal integration by coordinating and managing all post-deal integration activity, ensuring the smooth operational, cultural, and strategic alignment of acquired entities. The role also entails strategic program delivery by Leading the Project Management Office (PMO), ensuring that company-wide initiatives are effectively scoped, prioritised, and delivered against 2026 strategic goals.
