Cloud Engineer I

This is an entry-level cloud administration role focused on providing daily operational services while working to grow storage and virtualization infrastructure administration skills and knowledge. This role centers on processes including cloud technology administration and troubleshooting, creating and maintaining process documentation, communication, collaboration, training, and mentoring. Daily team and client interaction will be expected. Support, manage, maintain, and monitor cloud infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, availability, and security. Perform to basic to intermediate troubleshooting of storage and virtualization systems with guidance from senior staff. Deliver professional and courteous customer support, escalating complex issues appropriately.
