Role Overview:
- This Director owns Aledade's internal AI strategy and operating model, including how employees work with AI and the internal knowledge platform.
- You will collaborate closely with product and technology teams building the AI platform for internal workflows.
- You set direction, decide investments, and run the operating rhythm to keep the initiative on track.
Primary Duties:
- Own the ongoing internal AI strategy and decide which capabilities to invest in or retire.
- Set product direction for the internal knowledge layer and reusable AI skills, agents, and workflows.
- Own standards, governance, and trust models with security, legal, and the AI Governance Committee.
Qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience including ownership of a strategic program or internal function.
- High fluency with modern AI tools and a clear point of view on their direction.
- Evidence of working across departments and partnering with governance, security, or legal functions.
