About the role:
- As a Senior Machine Learning Scientist in the Operations team, you'll transform customer service by reducing resolution time and effort.
- You'll be one of 4 ML engineers, embedded in product squads with data scientists, backend engineers, and product managers.
- You'll own the end-to-end journey from business problem to measurable production impact.
