Sr. GTM Analyst

About the Role:

• Propel the business forward through analytical forecasts and influential insights.
• Help build reports and dashboards to support our Sales Team, Customer Success and FP&A.
• Be a trusted thought partner in driving impact at Backblaze.

What You’ll Do:

• Proactively conduct deep analyses of business trends, and extract insights to support decision-making for sales, customer success, operations, and finance teams.
• Ensure the robustness of reporting by thoughtfully designing our data tables, data sources, and dashboards.
• Aggregate data from various sources and build tables in Snowflake.

The Right Fit:

• Strong understanding of salesforce objects
• Strong analytical skills, including building visualizations and dashboards in Tableau
• Advanced SQL abilities - ability to write queries to extract data from our data warehouse

Problem-Solving:

• Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to think analytically, break down complex issues, and develop practical solutions.
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex analysis to non-technical stakeholders
