Receivables Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Sets up billing plans using customer data, prepares accurate invoices, and ensures timely delivery.
• Initiates collection processes, performs accounting functions in automated systems, and resolves billing disputes.
• Manages dunning activity, recommends drawing on letters of credit, and reconciles account balances.

Qualifications:

• Requires critical thinking, negotiation skills, financial acumen, and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Needs a basic understanding of the insurance industry, GAAP accounting, and regulatory environments.
• Must have a BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, or related field plus 12 months of experience.
