Job Description
Work side-by-side with our Product team to build detailed project plans, align teams on priorities, and coordinate across highly technical teams to ensure we ship the right things—on time, and at top quality. Responsibilities include driving sprint and milestone planning in partnership with Engineering, Research, and Product; ensuring teams are aligned, focused and unblocked. Translate high-level, research-grade initiatives into clear execution plans, delivery milestones, and resource allocations. Own day-to-day program delivery: build schedules, run planning cycles, manage timelines, track progress, and escalate risks. Act as a trusted source of truth for leadership — providing clear, accurate updates on delivery progress and tradeoffs. Facilitate retrospectives and program reviews to improve how we execute over time.
