Product Designer - Clearance Required

Overview:

• LMI is seeking a Product Designer to shape applications and workflows for a U.S. Army technology modernization program.
• This position requires an active Secret clearance and ownership from discovery through production delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Lead continuous product discovery with Army users and stakeholders.
• Translate mission workflows into product concepts, user journeys, prototypes, and interface designs.
• Validate designs through user research and usability testing, and partner with developers throughout implementation.

Qualifications:

• Five or more years of experience in product design or human-centered design.
• Experience designing data-intensive applications or operational workflows.
• Proficiency with Figma and an active Secret clearance.
