Market Surveillance Analyst

Crypto.com is looking for a Market Surveillance Analyst to join its Market Regulation team. The Market Regulation Department is responsible for enforcing the Exchange’s rules through market advisories, investigations, trade surveillance, and disciplinary actions. The Analyst will monitor trading activity across crypto, binary options, and futures platforms to detect suspicious patterns, manipulation, or abusive behavior, conduct post-trade reviews and forensic analysis of flagged transactions, and prepare detailed reports on findings and recommend appropriate actions. The analyst will also ensure adherence to applicable regulations and internal policies, contribute to the development and refinement of surveillance protocols and compliance frameworks, and support enforcement of KYC/AML procedures and transaction monitoring. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, familiarity with futures markets, commodities and trading, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
