Lead Generation Specialist

As a Lead Generation Specialist on the Lead Gen team, you will be collaborative, fast-moving, and metrics-driven. You’ll work closely with our Lead Gen Team Lead and Sales Ops Manager to grow and refine the database of potential clients in our CRM. Clear monthly targets, ongoing guidance, and access to the tools are provided to identify and qualify high-potential tour operators and travel businesses. You’ll use platforms like HubSpot, spreadsheets, and market research techniques to make sure our sales team has a healthy stream of warm, well-targeted leads.
