Role Overview:

• Lead the evolution of product development processes in a global, remote-first technology environment.
• Own the end-to-end Product Development Process, aligning product strategy, engineering execution, and business priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain automated workflows using Camunda 8 and implement agentic workflows with AI agents.
