Financial Systems Administrator

Attentive is seeking a Financial Systems Administrator to join our growing Business Systems team. In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for NetSuite and related financial systems, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining data integrity, and enabling Finance teams to work efficiently. You’ll manage system configurations, support users across departments, optimize workflows, and help implement enhancements that improve processes, automation, and reporting. This is a hands-on role for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives at the intersection of systems, data, and business processes.

Serve as an administrator and subject matter expert for NetSuite. Manage system configurations, user roles, permissions, and access controls. Maintain data integrity through regular audits, cleanups, and documentation. Analyze business processes, identify automation opportunities, and support projects to implement improvements within NetSuite financial modules.
