Job Description
Support customers in unlocking the full value of Tango— building strong relationships, driving engagement, & supporting retention and growth. Reporting to the Senior Manager, CX & Success, you’ll work closely with our Head of Finance & Operations, Marketing, and Commercial teams.
You’ll lead customers through implementation, setting them up for success within the first 90 days for immediate & lasting value. You'll also provide varying levels of support and education to a high volume of accounts to ensure continued adoption & satisfaction. Identify both opportunities & risks within the customer base by monitoring data and trends. This role involves collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Operations to share feedback and insights that positively impact the customer journey.
