Account Director

The Account Director is responsible for client relationships and serves as a trusted partner to clients. The ideal candidate for this role has a stellar client services reputation and is passionate about health care and digital health. In addition to leading client engagements, they will manage and galvanize cross-functional team members to think smarter, work effectively, drive innovative and integrated solutions, and deliver groundbreaking results and client satisfaction. This position contributes to client financial management, overseeing revenue targets and providing counsel on research, market dynamics, and competitive pressures. The Account director leads multiple client engagements of varying sizes in a fast-paced environment. They identify new opportunities, build clear business objective decks, and understand Real Chemistry's capabilities, thereby spotting opportunities for their clients. They will also understand the pitch process, operate as a talent ambassador for Real Chemistry, and empower teams through engaging management and career development practices, setting clear performance objectives.
