Software Engineer

About the Role:

• Genius AI is building an agentic workforce: AI systems that act on behalf of appointment-based business owners.
• We're hiring product engineers and platform engineers to architect AI-powered features and scalable infrastructure.
• This role is remote in the Greater Toronto Area.

What You'll Do:

• Architect and ship AI-powered features that change how service businesses operate.
• Build and maintain large-scale systems that process billions in payments and serve 120,000+ businesses.
• Use AI to architect, debug, write, and review code, holding a higher bar for your own output.

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of professional software engineering experience with ownership of production systems.
• You use AI to architect, debug, write, and review code and have shipped AI-powered features.
• Move fast, make decisions, and have strong analytical instincts for efficiency and scalability.
