Assistant Camp Manager

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Assistant Camp Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. In this role, you will work closely with the Camp Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our camp facilities and programs, providing a safe and enjoyable experience for all campers and staff. Assist in the day-to-day management and operation of the camp, including scheduling, staff supervision, and program implementation. Collaborate with the Camp Manager to develop and execute engaging camp activities and events. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a secure environment for campers and staff. Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment, placing orders as needed. Handle camper and parent inquiries, addressing concerns promptly and professionally. Assist in the recruitment, training, and evaluation of camp staff. Coordinate with external vendors and service providers. Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on camp operations. Assist in developing and implementing camp policies and procedures. Step in for the Camp Manager in their absence, overseeing all camp operations.
