Target2 Process Owner

Role Overview:

• As Target2 Process Owner, you will own the operational transition from indirect to direct T2 participation end to end.
• You will design and document the operating model, validate it in UAT, and maintain infrastructure post-go-live.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and manage payment operations processes: recalls, investigations, SWIFT messaging, and reconciliation.
• Oversee T2 platform access, infrastructure maintenance, and dual-route migration.
• Coordinate with regulators (DNB, Eurosystem), external partners, and internal Product/Engineering teams.

What You'll Bring:

• 3+ years of payment operations experience with hands-on SEPA and TARGET Services knowledge.
• Strong process design and documentation skills, including SOPs and control matrices.
• Confidence liaising with regulators and senior stakeholders, with independent decision-making ability.
