Associate People Business Partner India G&A

This role is an incredible opportunity for someone early in their People Partner career who wants to develop deep business acumen by working closely with an experienced PBP team and directly supporting GTM business teams. You will act as a trusted partner to assigned GTM teams, enabling managers and employees through people insights, development programs, and cultural initiatives as well as supporting the GTM People Partnering team in broader initiatives and projects that drive engagement, performance, and growth You will contribute to the design and execution of broader people initiatives, building alignment and impact across teams and functions.
