- Active the Altra brand across your New England territory through authentic connections, thoughtful activations, and hands-on support
- Build strong relationships with retailers through in-person visits, demos, and sales floor support
- Deliver engaging product education that builds confidence and enthusiasm among retail staff and consumers

- Community engagement drives awareness, trial, and long-term loyalty
- Territory performance grows year over year, supported by strong execution of service plans
What you'll bring:
- You’re energized by people, product, and purpose—and you know how to turn connections into momentum
- 1+ year of specialty retail experience (run or outdoor preferred)
- 2+ years in marketing, sales, or a customer-facing field role
