Responsibilities:

  • Strong written communication skills to translate between users and engineers, plus comfort with data tools.

Additional:

  • Experience with prediction markets, DeFi protocols, or exchange backends is a plus.
  • A background in building internal tools or automations to improve support efficiency is valued.
