Technical Solution Consultant

The Technical Solution Consultant serves as a trusted advisor, collaborating with digital and capital sales to educate customers on the technical requirements of implementing Intuitive’s digital solutions. They engage in technical discussions to drive towards the successful implementation of Intuitive’s digital portfolio, including da Vinci and Ion. Engaging with internal and external stakeholders, including hospital executives and IT personnel, they equip teams for successful implementation and sustainable digital programs. Successful candidates excel in communication, stakeholder engagement, project management, and horizontal leadership, driving project momentum and adaptation to customer needs. Partners with Digital and Capital Sales Teams, Product Network and Data team and other cross functional partners to define, plan, and manage full activation of digital products. Collaborate with product development and go to market teams to identify industry trends and enhance digital solutions. Forges solid relationships internally and with customer contacts. Understand how our digital solutions integrate with Intuitive’s robotic platforms and within the hospital enterprise. Serve as the customer facing digital solutions technology expert.
