• Serves as the main national point of contact and direct support for Chapter teams, building strong, high-functioning Chapters and fostering volunteer leadership.
• Manages and coaches Chapter Directors and staff, ensuring alignment with local, state, and national priorities through strategic planning and performance management.
• Coordinates campaign strategies, partnerships, and fundraising efforts to advance organizational goals while supporting chapter health and capacity building.
