Manager, Consumer Business

The ideal candidate will have experience with general management, brand management or product management roles—particularly with e-commerce / direct-to-consumer focused businesses — and a passion for delivering intuitive, high-impact experiences for consumers and business partners. Reporting to the Director of Private Pay, you’ll act as a cross-functional connector and consumer business advocate, managing day-to-day business operations with excellence, ensuring strong performance across acquisition, retention, and customer satisfaction metrics, and exploring growth opportunities in collaboration with the Director of Private Pay and the broader Mom’s Meals team. Partner with operations, fulfillment, marketing, and customer care to ensure consistency and enhance experience.
