Role Overview:
- Process reverse mortgage applications from submission to underwriting.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of loan files.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to clear conditions.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of reverse mortgage processing experience required.
- Strong time management, prioritization, and deadline skills.
- Proficient in PC applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Target base salary range of $57,000-$67,000, plus performance-based monthly bonus.
- Full benefits including medical, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, and 401(k) with company match.
- Generous PTO and paid holidays; non-exempt role.
Work Environment:
- Remote position, but not eligible in MA, CT, or NH due to state laws.
