Job Description
The Senior Systems Engineer will be an integral member of a global IT team, spanning 40+ countries. This role requires working in a designated shift from Monday to Friday Central time 9:00 am - 5:30 pm (5:00 pm-1:30 am Bulgarian time). Essential duties include being a Microsoft Office 365 technical subject matter expert, ensuring the operational health of the SharePoint online environment including security, availability, performance, interoperability, and reliability, and driving continuous improvement efforts. Candidates should have 7+ years of relevant experience, expert level knowledge of the entire Microsoft Office 365 suite, knowledge of networking and ITIL processes, and experience with PowerShell scripts and Power Apps.
