Join Heard as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) and help connect mental health professionals with resources to grow their practices! If you thrive in a high-energy, mission-driven environment and love meaningful outreach work, then this is the role for you. Conduct high-volume outreach (calls, texts, emails) to prospective customers, focusing on therapists and wellness professionals. The role will qualify inbound and outbound leads, gather information, and uncover fit for Heard’s platform. Book and confirm consultation meetings, ensuring prospects have what they need for value from a consult. You will maintain up-to-date records in HubSpot CRM and ensure a clean sales pipeline. Consistently achieve or beat activity and booking targets and help the team hit monthly and quarterly goals.
