As a Senior Marketing Operations, you will maintain and optimize Salesforce for marketing operations, build and track invite waves and attendance for Field Marketing events, and ensure accurate ROI tracking across campaigns, webinars, and events. This role involves owning and evolving our SQL/MQL reporting across lead and contact objects in Salesforce, implementing and optimizing campaign influence and multi-touch attribution models.
You will collaborate with Content Marketing to manage campaign lists, drip campaigns in ActiveCampaign, and webinar operations, while also monitoring key metrics weekly, and building dashboards and reporting for executive visibility. Managing tools including Apollo, Sales Nav, Rippling, and commission systems like SPIFF will also be part of your responsibilities.
