Director of Operations and Strategy

The Director of Operations and Strategy will develop and maintain internal and external documentation, standardize processes and resources across regions, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure aligned implementation of best practices across all accounts. They will also monitor and analyze program performance metrics to identify gaps and drive timely solutions, serving as an escalation point for regional operational issues. This role involves leading strategic initiatives, developing account management plans, conducting periodic reviews of product portfolio, and collaborating with RVPs and RCDs to set goals, milestones, and success metrics. The director will also support the development and rollout of new service lines and product enhancements. The ideal candidate will have track record of delivering cross-functional initiatives, proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, excellent written and verbal communication, and strong organizational skills. They should have the ability to interact effectively across stakeholders ranging from C-suite to frontline clinicians. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience. MBA and K-12 experience are preferred.
