Job Description

This position is fully remote. The Program Manager will serve as the contractor’s Contract Manager and acts as the authorized interface with the Government Contracting Officer, Contracting Officer’s Representative, government management personnel, and customer agency representatives. The Program Manager will perform enterprise-wide horizontal integration planning and interfaces with other functional systems, oversee the completion of tasks within estimated time frames and budget constraints, and schedule and assign duties to subordinates and subcontractors. They will enforce work standards, review and resolve work discrepancies to ensure compliance with contract requirements, and report in writing and orally to contractor management and Government representatives. The role also involves planning and directing technological improvements and project management implementation across multiple projects, such as engineering studies, computer applications, and systems development.
