About the role:
- You'll run a growth squad at LiveKit, owning product-led growth end to end.
- You'll cultivate a large, diverse population of developers building on the platform.
What you'll do:
- Own onboarding and activation, getting developers to a real workload, not just a first run.
- Stay close to builders who are taking off, ensuring they adopt more of the platform.
- Make growth measurable with operating metrics and a data-informed cadence.
Who you are:
- 8+ years in product management at senior/staff level, ideally in growth for a developer-facing product.
- Technical enough to earn a developer's trust, quantitative by instinct, and comfortable with ambiguity.
- Communication as a superpower, with cross-functional influence through clarity and judgment.
