Appointment Setting
Accountabilities:
- Contact warm inbound leads and conduct professional qualification calls using a structured sales process.
- Build rapport with prospects, understand their financial circumstances, and schedule appointments for senior financial strategists.
- Accurately record customer interactions in CRM and consistently achieve appointment booking targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in outbound telesales, appointment setting, or phone-based sales.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear neutral English accent and strong numerical skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, capable of working independently in a remote environment.
