- Proactively elevate the AI fluency and capabilities of the cross-functional delivery team and client stakeholders.
- Conduct hands-on training and drive creation of architecture and user documentation.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Scope Management:
- Strictly govern project scope to ensure focus on core deliverables.
- Actively manage out-of-scope requests via formal Change Orders.
- Maintain clear boundaries to prevent scope creep.
