About the role:
- Own the agent runtime every Superhuman runs on, including planning, tool calling, memory, guardrails, and the trust ladder.
- Design multi-agent orchestration with handoffs across the customer journey, shared state, and conflict resolution.
- Build the eval harness for agent behavior and define the platform surface for composing and tuning agents.
What you'll bring:
- 5+ years of product management, including at least 2 years shipping LLM-based agents to production users.
- Hands-on experience with the agent stack: tool calling, planning loops, memory, retrieval, and multi-agent handoff patterns.
- Technical enough to spec data models, state machines, API shapes, and comfortable shipping weekly.
Compensation:
- Salary range is $185,000 to $260,000.
- Includes stock options and company-paid benefits.
- Final compensation depends on skills, experience, qualifications, and location.
