Responsibilities:
- Work with the VP of Corporate Experience to lead the team on culture, process improvement, and collaboration.
- Hold the team accountable for standards and manage schedules, meetings, and performance reviews.
- Assess engagement surveys and develop action plans for team improvements.
Coordination and Support:
- Secure and manage complex travel arrangements for executives.
- Manage incoming requests and provide guidance for internal and external executive events.
- Provide executive-level support including complex calendar management and scheduling.
Administrative Management:
- Manage administrative activities to complete important deliverables like reporting and PowerPoints.
- Handle expense reporting and reconciliation processes.
- Provide support on special projects as required.
