Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent knowledge, with 10+ years of IT experience as an Application Systems Analyst or Technical Analyst.
6+ years of application support experience in a hospital or medical industry and familiarity with project lifecycle or project management methodologies.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
