Job Description
The Client Development Manager role is a new role within the existing Commercial team, reporting to the Commercial Director. About 70% of the role involves sourcing and contacting businesses and brands to sell ONEHealth's services. The other 30% focuses on growing existing accounts and leading commercial aspects, including planning and team meetings to maximize opportunities for ONEHealth and the client.
The role requires understanding clientsβ business sectors and monitoring competitors, gaining insights into their needs, and aligning ONEHealth's solutions. The role involves proposal generation, lead generation using platforms like LinkedIn, attending industry events, and managing leads. The candidate will be responsible for closing business, updating the pipeline, and delivering accurate forecasts.
