Account Management
Responsibilities:
- Ensure client solutions contain efficient technological and business process considerations to meet specific business needs.
- Work with internal/external stakeholders and SMEs to provide leadership and holistic views into cross-business solutions.
- Oversee all technical design and requirements, ensuring proper application design.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of VMS experience and 3+ years of implementation experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, with consulting and multi-national experience a plus.
- Ability to travel up to 20% and expert proficiency in architectural design, consulting, and communication skills.
Skills & Technical Expertise:
- Expert knowledge of integration architectures, file formats, transmission protocols, and transformation technologies.
- Ability to write and modify SQL, cXML, JSON, and HTTP response statements, and configure integration endpoints.
- Understanding of data security (GDPR, SOX) and knowledge of Agile PM, Design Thinking, and Test Automation methodologies.
