Commercial Operations Specialist

This position offers the opportunity to be in a customer-facing operations role within Redwood Material's battery recycling and battery materials business, with a particular focus on providing support to their suppliers and ensuring smooth program operations. Responsibilities will Include: Act as key point of contact for fulfilling day-to-day customer requests with regards to supplier onboarding, daily logistics requests, purchase order creation, reporting, compliance requirements. Keep meticulous records of all documents and interactions utilizing our CRM, ERP, file sharing system and home-grown portals, and suggest configuration and process improvements. Develop and refine processes that ensure smooth program operations and excellent service levels for shippers + corporate partners. Create and maintain supplier purchase orders and ensure on-time payments in collaboration with Accounts Payable. Work cross-functionally to develop analytics and software to support and report on the recycling programs. Adhere to all policies and procedures while focusing on safety and best practices. Perform other duties as assigned.
