Responsibilities:

  • Answer support calls and tickets promptly, providing friendly customer service and documenting detailed notes in the assigned ticketing system.
  • Ensure timely issue resolution, triage problems, and provide end-user support and training to help pharmacy staff overcome obstacles and thrive.
  • Travel onsite as needed for customer support or training, prioritize workload, and manage multiple projects to meet deadlines effectively.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalency and a current Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certificate required upon hire or within one year.
  • Minimum three years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician in a high-volume pharmacy setting, with prior help desk support experience preferred.
  • Proficient with pharmacy software, Microsoft Office, and patient/drug information systems, with excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Work Environment:

  • This is a remote-based position within the Continental US, offering a flexible work model in a collaborative, innovative team-oriented environment.
  • Work schedule includes Monday-Friday with potential rotating shifts, holidays, nights, and on-call duties, along with travel as required for the role.
