The Role:
- Shape and drive major product areas within KIRA's AI Finance App.
- Own direction, execution, product quality, and outcomes across multiple workstreams.
- Work across insurance, payments, savings, investing, and more.
What You'll Own:
- Define priorities, roadmap, and product standards across squads.
- Guide PMs, designers, and engineers toward clear execution.
- Drive launch quality, post-launch learning, and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong experience leading digital product areas, not just features.
- Balance strategy, execution, UX, data, and business outcomes.
- Comfortable with high ambiguity and fast changes in a high-growth environment.
