Job Description

As a Product Marketing Manager, you’ll shape how Aleph is understood, adopted, and talked about inside the company and out in the market. You’ll sit at the intersection of product, sales, marketing, and customer success, ensuring our story is clear, our launches are coordinated, and our customer insights continuously inform what we build and how we position it. Conduct closed-won and closed-lost interviews to understand buyer motivations, objections, and competitive dynamics that sharpen our messaging and positioning. Craft product briefs and orchestrate product launches and rollouts, ensuring every release has clear positioning, simple messaging, and aligned cross-functional execution. Refine and evolve our ICPs, personas, value props, and messaging frameworks, ensuring they stay accurate, differentiated, and grounded in real customer insight. Ensure consistent, outcome-focused positioning across all touchpoints so our product story is simple, aligned, and easy for teams and buyers to understand.
