Brightspeed is seeking a driven Customer Care Manager to support life and safety customers. You will operate in a highly cross-functional environment and make an immediate impact on the business supporting large revenue customer accounts. Responsibilities include managing customer interactions from order origination through revenue assurance. You will provide support, coordination, and guidance on client and service delivery processes, serving as the escalation point for customer inquiries and issues. Additional responsibilities include communicating order status, delivering data on chronic performance issues, and providing client business reviews.
