This role involves several key responsibilities including:
- Meeting or exceeding quarterly sales quotas.
- Developing a territory plan tailored to the local market.
- Providing monthly forecasts.
Driving utilization and expansion:
- Collaborating with surgical teams to support technology usage.
- Expanding the user base through lead development.
- Driving sales through new product introductions.
Relationship Building & Compliance:
- Building and maintaining relationships with key customers and KOLs.
- Ensuring all required sales reporting forms are completed on time.
- Maintaining a professional and credible image.
