Atlassian Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Atlassian Administrator to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as a key technical enabler, ensuring the smooth operation and continuous optimization of our Jira infrastructure. You'll leverage your expertise to maintain, configure, and enhance our Jira platform to meet the evolving needs of diverse teams across the organization. Beyond technical knowledge, we value your strategic mindset for process improvement, problem-solving abilities, and collaborative approach when working with stakeholders. As part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to drive efficiency, improve visibility, and help shape our Atlassian ecosystem as we scale. You will administer and maintain our Jira instance, including user/group management, permission schemes, workflows, and custom fields; Partner with cross-functional teams to design and implement customized Jira projects, boards, and dashboards; Develop comprehensive documentation and provide responsive user support; Partner with stakeholders to identify inefficiencies, implement process improvements, and create automation rules; Collaborate with technical and business teams to evaluate, test, and deploy appropriate Marketplace apps; Plan and execute data migrations during upgrades, and generate customized reports to provide meaningful metrics to leadership.
