Strategic Planning:
- Participate in the Strategic Planning process and provide insight on execution of the strategy.
- Translate strategic goals into actionable plans and lead the execution of important projects from the strategy.
- Lead and track progress on company OKRs or KPIs.
Executive Operations:
- Run the cadence of executive meetings (agenda setting, follow-ups, minutes).
- Manage the President's priorities and ensure time is aligned with strategic goals.
- Prepare briefing materials and decision frameworks for executive leadership discussions.
Organizational Effectiveness:
- Partner with HR and the President to advance initiatives that strengthen leadership effectiveness, enhance team and organizational performance.
- Support important talent and culture priorities.
- Ensure these efforts are aligned with broader business strategies and operational goals.
