Job Description

Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of medical file reviews across multiple client engagements. In this role, review completed referrals and reports, confirm client questions have been fully addressed, and verify adherence to department quality standards.

Serve as a key point of communication between clients, reviewers, and operations, ensuring reports meet high standards of clarity, formatting, and grammatical accuracy. Strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and critical thinking are essential to success in this role.

Accountabilities: Review medical reports to ensure completeness and accuracy, confirming all client questions have been addressed. Follow up with reviewers and clients for additional clarifications as needed. Ensure reports adhere to QA checklists, department standards, and formatting requirements. Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, physicians, and internal teams. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of processes and contribute to continuous quality improvement. Complete special projects or additional duties based on business needs.
