Full-Cycle Recruiter

Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end recruiting for high-impact GTM and G&A roles, balancing hands-on sourcing with structured interviews.
• Partner closely with GTM leaders to clarify role outcomes, build targeted pipelines, and refine hiring processes.

Qualifications:

• 4 to 8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience for GTM and G&A roles in B2B SaaS, with proven outbound sourcing skills.
• Strong data-driven approach, using funnel metrics to guide decisions and manage multiple parallel searches effectively.
